Idée is looking for an Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all operations requirements and planning for our operations group. You will also be the client liaison with our international client-base, and you will manage the day to day needs of reviewing and delivering Idée’s image monitoring services.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of our international publications subscription database, management of daily client deliveries, web quality assurance for image monitoring reports, frequent correspondence with clients and subscriptions division of various international publishers.

Key Skills Required

  • Experience in account coordination role
  • Excellent computer skills, including data entry and MS Office applications
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Strong online research skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Bilingualism an asset (English/French)

  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Keen interest in learning
  • Enthusiastic self starter
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
